Last June 30 in conjunction to the celebration of ICT Month, the Educator's Screening in ICT Honorary Award Statuette or ESIHAS officialy kicked off in the DepED Nueva Ecija Library Hub.

This year, the ESIHAS invites universities, colleges, private schools and othe public schools in other division as independent body and part of the growing venture.

This invitation will surely make the 4th digital film festival bigger and better in terms of categories and promotion.

There are only two categories for independent bodies namely: Documentary and Independent Film with the theme on divulging and addressing social issues and problems.

The official briefing for the members of the production team for independent bodies will be held on July 6, 2009 2:00 PM in the DepED Nueva Ecija Library Hub, Cabanatuan City.
